Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences on the project.
• Explain and educate client on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.
• Preparing an accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
• Collaborating closely with client and in house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the project.
• Maintain an accurate customer records and sales documentation such as sales order, sales invoice & etc.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.
